Default Blue tiger x Black tiger

    Hallo,
did someone tried cross these two mutations of tiger?
How should offspring looks like? Will there be some percentage of black/blue/normal? or all will be like normal t.? Thanx for info.
I red somewhere that offspring should be more black than blue with blue hue. Is it true? If there will be some "wild" tiger color, what about offspring? should it became black/blue again?

    Many questions
Try to give some answers. The big question is what black tigers you mean because there are two different lines. The first line of blck tigers is a mutation from normal tigers, in germany calles "Quante Stamm" cause they showed up in the tanks of Kai Quante. The second type is a crossbreed between the Quante black tigers and blue tigers with orange eyes. The idea behind that is, the black color is on the body, the blue comes more from the inside so black and blue together should give a darker and much more covered black without the fractional appearing bright parts on the "normal" black tigers. This crossbreed shows only normal tigers in the first generation. In the second generation the first black tigers orange eyes showed up. The breeder picked 11 completly black out of 1000 tigers and those eleven tigers where the beginning of the black tiger orange eyes line.
Hope that answers some parts of your questions

Have to write that quickly, sorry for mistakes!
    best regards

so if I understood well. If I cross Black tiger (dark eyes) and blue. F1 will be normal. F2 will have some "black" with orange eyes. If I cross "black" with orange eyes and blue, then there will be darkblue/black in F1, right?
I saw only black with dark eyes on german sell sites. No black/orange...

Hi, you may even get totally blue tiger with no stripes if you crossbreed black and blue lines. I have seen pictures off this ofspring which I cannot post due to copyright.

Interesting...so solid blue, lacking tiger stripes, and some with/without golden/orange eyes...? I'm assuming they breed true?
