Its Hemianthus callitrichoides "Cuba". Very nice carpet plant.
k sweet thx
this plant is hungry for fer and require strong light, cool water 22-24 C. Not too hard to grow a good carpet, but extremely hard to maintain it.

That is Cuba my favourite carpet plant.
It needs CO2, Fertile Substrate and Fert Dosing. However you can get away with medium light , but it tends to grow a bit upwards.
The problem when setting up a Only Cuba tank is the rich substrate tends to lead to algae issues as the cuba that you initially plant is not enough to absorb all the nutrients your soil leeches out. Best way is to grow the Cuba in the tank in emmersed condition, the plant spreads rapidly once settled, after it covers most of the substrate then you can fill up the tank.
Below is a link to my Cuba ONLY tank, I grew it emmersed for 3 months and then filled it up, The tank was running for 2 months with Cherry Red Shrimps, this was later replaced by Crystal Red Shrimps
