Thank you, I spent a lot of time about 7 hours on it. Money wise you should think somewhat below €200,- for everything in total, including the tank itself.

If shrimp are dying. Check your water parameters for excess Nitrates, this should be around 0.
Nitrite preferably as low as possible.
Shrimp react intensely to changes in those parameters. So check it.
Also don't forget a 20% water change a week is always good. Not to much though, or you will take out much of the beneficial bacteria.

    Take care.

Thank you, I have purchased Easylife Ferro, next to my Easylife Profito and Carbo. Ferro is and extra iron additive.
So I am trying to give it some more iron already.

    Hi everybody,

I wasn't to sure about the slatestones, I heard they may contain high doses of iron, and may dissolve oil in the water.
I removed them immediatly from my tanks.

Today I removed the moss on the front of the wood. It didn't work out for me.
In stead I planted some Eleocharis Acicularis.

Made a big bush of Javamoss and used that to camouflage the yarn I used for the biggest Javafern.

Also.... I added 4 little friends
    Microrasbora Kubotai Green

4 awesome looking nano fish to keep the shrimp company.
These fish are harmless for the shrimp and don't bother them. Dwarf Rasbora's are good company for your shrimp if you would like some fish in your tank. For me, the combi brings life and sort of a community feeling which I love.

Still haven't decided on the Crystal Red. I found some more B grades which I like very much because of the high white in them.
Perhaps I'll go check it out on of these days.

    Here are some pictures:

    Take care...

I made my choice. I found a local breeder and got 10 Crystal Red to start off with.
At the end of the month, another group of 10 are coming

My starter group consists of A/S/S+ Tigertooth and V-Band
Sorry for the not so sharp pictures I will try to make some better ones.

    Take care.
