Question Red Slime in the shrimp tank?

I am keeping Sulawesi shrimp and I have a question about red slime.

Before, there's brown algae in the tank. I have brushed them and change 1/3 water. This problem keeps almost 2 months (but better than before already)

Recently (around a week ago), I brushed brown algae away again and.......today, I found something like red slime in my tank ( I have taken picture but I have no right to post it)

I have searched online, if no3 and po4 is high, red slime and brown algae spread in the tank, but the data don't seems like it's really high.

Can anyone tell me that's red slime or not? How to prevent brown algae and red slime keep spread in my tank?
    Here's the tester Result:
    nh3/nh4 0
    no3 12.5mg/l (Tetra tester)
    ph 7.5
    gh 6
    kh 4
    tank size: 18" X 11" X 12"
around 30 shrimps in the tank
I am using Seachem Renew to reduce po4 level

Hey, not an expert here but when plant life is scarce, the bioload tend to favour the growth of algae, even if the nutrient levels aren't high. Some would say especially so, experts differ in opinion. Do you have any plants? And from what I understand these shrimp like algae yea?

I have plant in the tank, but not much, just have a wood with Fissidens fontanus, 2 Hygrophila Pinnatifida and Centipede duckweed

Sulawesi shrimp likes algae, but only green algae (I think, but sure I am correct or not)

Also, I am not sure brown algae or red slime will harm the shrimp or not and it doesn't look good to my tank as well.

I have searched many web site, about brown algae and red slime, they mostly happen in salt water tank.

It's likely that your plants are not having enough nutrients of other type, non-nitrate/phosphate, hence the growth of algae. Also, you might be overfeeding your shrimp. As for green algae, mostly shrimp prefer brown as its easier to eat. No idea about red slime can't help you there.

    thanks your reply Drakarian

I am confused........how do the plants make algea growth? If I put liquid fertilizer, which brand you would suggest?

My Sulawesi don't eat any shrimp or fish food (I have tried many types already) before. I kept the water more than a month and let the green algae growth. They just eat green algae initially and right now, I found they will eat Nutrafin Spirulina Tablets (but I will split it into 4-5 pieces and everytime, just feed one piece and I will feed them 1-2 times per week)

For those food left over, I will take it out as well.

From my understanding, brown algae is not a good algae cause it will make the water smelly

I'm not an expert and am just learning as I go, so you might like to seek a different opinion as well in addition to what I say haha. Anyway the plants do not make the algae grow, one of the uses of plants is to prevent algae growth. What might be happening is that the plants are not getting enough nutrients (as for fertilizer, anything without phosphates and nitrates would be the major requirement. Also note, no or trace amounts of copper should be in the fertilizer, just playing it safe as the word is that it is toxic to inverts) and thus the algae have a chance to "take over".

From my experiences, brown algae actually come before green algae. As for the brown algae smell, I take it you are referring to the fishy smell? Add one or two snails and they should be able to help you with that! But if there's an issue with your water and any shrimp start to show symptoms of illness, you might want to ask the other bros for help as I'm still an amateur.
