    Question Crayfish with mosquito fish??

    I really want to get some crayfish for my 20 gallon mosquito fish tank but i cant decide whether to get some marbled crayfish or some dwarf crayfish.
    which would would be the least threat to the mosquito fish?

    marbled crayfish, orange dwarf crayfish, or dwarf cajun crayfish?

    The marbled crayfish are the hardiest of these three species. The dwarf cajuns are the second most hardiest, while the CPOs are the most sensitive.

    The marbled crayfish are the biggest threat to your fish, the CPOs are second greatest threat, while the cajuns are a close third. No matter which crayfish you choose, you will lose a few fish every once in a while. The two dwarf varieties are the most compatible with fish. Another thing to be aware of with marbled crays is that they will crawl out of your tank sometimes. The dwarfs have never done this for me.

    I recommend the dwarf cajuns for your tank, since they won't take too many of your fish, and are very hardy. CPOs are strikingly attractive, but they are much more sensitive to your water parameters and are much more difficult to breed.

    thanks Lexinverts, thats the exact advice i was looking for.



    Does anyone know a good play online to get some dwarf cajuns (specifically the blue variety)?
