Zebra thorn Nerite eggs ?

I have had some strange white egg things all over my rocks, just found out they must be my Zebra Thorn snails laying eggs. They have been laying them for months but I have heard these snails will only breed in brackish water. Has anyone managed to hatch these snails ? and how is it done.

I have tried to breed them in brackish water, 24 g/L at 24 C, but I never saw larvae.
