    recent update. 2 of tghe shrimps molted already. so happy. they didnt have any difficulty at all. suddenly i saw them coming ot on their exoskeleton. it does indicate that my water parameters are good and my tank is stable?

    So Happy Ive Got 1 Berried Shrimp already.





    any advice on how to manage? i observe that she is very active. im afraid she will drop the eggs. huhuhu cross fingers. any suggestions?

    Regarding management.....Just keep your water parameters stable and attempt not to introduce large water changes whilst your female is berried....

    All shrimp whilst healthy will be very active looking/ foraging for food detritus/ leaf grazing so this is a positive sign. Shrimp are usually only dormant when shedding, molting and will usually do this this well hidden.

    Just relax and let momma do what she has to do......enjoy....!!!

    thanks very much for the info. whew i got excited. as i observed 3 of my shrimps molted already and the others was doing is they crawl unto the java moss carpet and as i return home there are exo skeleton already in the java moss. how many days will it hatch?

    Hi,
    I like youre shrimps, they look very nice. But with respect to the waterparameters I think you should bring the gH value upto 6.
