I use the Dupla GH test kit. It works really well. Sera GH kit are good too. Especially like the glass measurement cup it comes with.

Never used the Sera GH/KH test kit, but if it doesn't involve dropping a million times and having to open up the test tube each time to make a drop getting chemicals all over your fingers, then I'd be for that .

Sera test kits come with a small shot glass.
All you do is simple swirl with your right or left hand and the other drop liquid in.

    Simple and clean.

I had API test kit and the GH/KH is crap. All other tests are fine but the GH/KH is hard to read and takes too much time. What I mean by hard to read is that the change is not obvious or no change at all.

I read that API has lots of complains about the GH/KH test.

After finding that out I went and bought a tetra test kit. The GH/KH changes are obvious and easier.

Tetra test kits have a history of "going bad" after time. The solutions in the bottle lose their color changing abilities after a while, resulting in a less of a color change or harder to read result.

Hmmm, funny that you didn't get english instructions. Well for KH you add 1 drop of the KH solution in 10 ml of water till it turns red I think. Each drop is .5 degree. If it takes 2 drops to turn then its 1 KH

If it goes bad then I'll buy another one. Since it works so much better than the API kit I rather fork up the money to buy a new test kit.
