The first two days were very active, now seems to have gone into hibernation (one I think is dead). Today one of Tylo has given birth. The child was already dead.

Are you sure they don't have leeches?
Did you acclimate them when you put them in the new tank?
Do they have eaten since you have them?

Your water parameters seem right. Remove quickly the one that seems dead: smell it you will have no doubt!

The Leeches seem absent.
