experience on mineral product

hey guy's i found on internet some product it calls ebi ken shou and its made by shrimplab, does anyone have experience with using this product? if i may believe its a great suplement for your shrimps on all the mininerals they need and it looks like little gray balls.
it should last for one year in your tank.

I have that in my tanks, it actually is for improving water quality, not really for use as mineral stone, but it is attractive in aquarium and does remove ammonia from water column.
