Sorry to read you had a crushed delivery, wondered how you got on with Royal mail regarding the claim for compensation?

Hi,

From my experience there is only 2 ways to loose Your shrimp:

1. Improper packaging
2. "Wise" buyer passing wrong shipping address

Sent hundreds of shrimps via special next day and had only one problem when "Wise" customer gave me his previous address (of course blamed me)
Do not work for RM but must say they did great job for me.

F.E. Buying on Ebay from people which are sending live stock via 1st class You are not more "wiser" than a seller... but no more comments!

+1 on Zvirus. Not only it is not wise to buy from who sends 1st class but it is Olso illegal to post livestock using anything but special next day by royal mail and I think Olso eBay rules. RM did well for me so far as well.
