Thumbs up List of Shrimp safe leaves ?

    Hello

I think it would be great if we had a list of Shrimp safe leaves that we can use .

The idea being to make a list of "know" leaves that are 100 % safe and not just hearsay .

So far i have tried (indain almond) Terminalia catappa and Acer platanoides (Norway Maple) with no ill effects .

In fact i will go as far as saying catappa leaves can help to induce the breeding cycle so thats a + 1 for catappa leaves .

    1 , (Indain almond) Terminalia catappa .

2, (Norway Maple) Acer platanoides .

Please help me add to this list .

I've tested Quercus robur, Quercus pyrenaica, Quercus petrea and some other oak leaves wich species I couldn't identify... so I suppose most of the Quercus gennus leaves (Oak leaves) are ok for shrimps (if anyone knows any exception, please post it here). It's a good substitute for commertial catappa leaves.

Agreed with Fento, I personally prefer black mulberry leaves over oak though.
