    Madness,

I believe after about 5 generations makes become sterile...either they are using a previous generation or they mix in one of the previous mixes like cbs sw oebt etc.

    oh gourmetta, please don`t cry!

Am I correct in assuming that you are doing forced breeding/forced pairing still in order to get most of the shrimp that you are showing us?

Just as a general statement do you get interesting random shrimp out of the hybrid and cull tanks?
madness, unfortunately I don't understand, what you want to ask me. Maybe try it again with easy words?

That sums it up pretty nicely.

Forced breeding/forced pairing basically meaning that individual shrimp are isolated together so they don't have any other option but to breed with each other.

madness, Bratyboy2, of course sometimes you have to do that for breeding and not only multiply them. I do with little groups.

what i think he tried to ask you is if they become sterile which means are they able to breed past f5 generations

In winter time i had some bad trouble with a breeding tank, so i lost some of my best adults and juveniles also.
But after a long time for wait and hope yesterday I saw some babies again. I’m very happy , they look so great but now first I hope that they will grow up!!
