Can I add only Mosura Mineral Plus to my RO/DI water for the weekly water change ?
It is dangerous for the shrimp to change 20% of water with KH=0 and PH = 7.5 ?

Whats you gH?
Mosura Mineral Plus is used to bring your gH up , it does not affect kH.
Your kH ideally should be at a range of 2 - 4 , to achieve this is you could look at mixing tap water.

My RO/DI water parameter are: GH = 0, KH= 0, TDS < 0
I read in many forums that KH=0 is dangerous because unstable PH. Mosura mineral plus does not alter KH and allows me to raise GH = 6 and TDS around 150.
It seems to be perfect but KH and PH??
ps: Silane, is a pleasure to meet you, I loved your work with the shrimps.

kh = 0 does mean that the pH is prone to swings, but another factor what makes a difference is if you have any factors that will cause ph to swing , like for example if you have CO2 Injection or if there is aeration which could casue pH to swing , hence it would be good if kH is atleast 2 to be safe.
Again asking what Silane has asked , are you sure your pH is 7.5 ? what are you using to measure pH? I used to use API pH liquid test kit, but somewhere down the line , i felt that pH liquid and test strip kits are not very reliable , so i started using a pH pen from Hanna.

I use professional electronic tool for PH and I have not co2 system in the tank.
- Tank PH = 7.50/7.70
- RO/DI water PH = 8.50/8.80
- RO/DI water + salt (shg, seachem or mosura mineral plus) PH = 7.50/7.80
Current water tank value:
GH = 6
KH = 1
PH= 7.50
TDS = 220
Mixing RO/DI water with Mosura Mineral Plus I have GH=6, KH=0, PH=7.50.
Can I use it for my weekly water change(20%) or I have to add other product to raise kh?

The thing here is, when Kh get to 0, pH starts to swing. This happen in a higher pH range and when kH is depleted, the pH drop and when you add kH, the pH goes up, and thus it "swing".
And if your water water has no kH from starts, how can the pH swing?
Your Ph is 7.50! what shrimps do you intend to keep at alkaline??? Reduce your tank kH by introducing RO/DI mixed with Mosura Mineral Plus which will bring down the kH of your tank and thus, bring the your tank pH and at lower pH, your tank will be suitable for dwarf shrimps

I don't know why, but ph in the tank is alkaline (7.50) while the kh is very low (1).
My Crystal Red in the tank are very well and shrimplet grows safely.
There could be an error in your reading, how did you get 8.5/8.8 for RO/DI water? It should be very close to 7. When is the last time you calibrate your meter?

There is no error in my reading. I double checked with 2 different electronic ph tester and it was calibrated.
RO/DI water value is: GH = 0, KH= 0, TDS < 0, PH = 8.50/8.80
When I add 5 ml (x 15 Liters) of Mosura Mineral Plus: GH = 1.5 , KH=0, TDS = 42, PH = 7.07
