Help mi first tiger shrimp tanks

Hi i am from Puerto Rico and i want to breed tiger shrimp and bees too the first problem i got is that i don't have aces to ADA amazonian is to expensive to ship to Puerto Rico is 60 for a 9 liter bag how many bag i need to fill a 20gal? or any substrate that help bring the Ph down and my water is very hard and the PH is like 7.6-8.2 the other thing is the shrimp here i haven't seen good tiger and they don't sell bees i have aces to peat moss and almond leaves i have a tree in my back yard the tank it will be a 20gal and the filter i have two options a HOB with a UGF or Berlin's system of filtration and the plants will be only moss and ferns i think flame moss and mini java moss and ferns will be narrow and sorum pteropus 'Windelov it will be only shrimp and no fish so what substrate can you guys and girls suggest me

1.river sand with peat moss
2.seachem flourite black sand
3.Flourite Dark
4.Flourite black
5.ecocomplete
6.any suggestion
ohhh and i am looking for any one to sell my good tiger or black tigers

As far as the substrates go:

I have used Flourite Black with great success (not sand) and it is inert.

I would not recommend using Eco-Complete as it will raise PH/Hardness in soft water and increase the hardness in alkaline water.

A 9 liter bag of ADA Amazonia I should be fine in a 12" W X 24" Long inch 20 gallon tank and at $60 (including shipping to Puerto Rico) is not a bad price.

River Sand/Peat may get messy

As far as filtration goes, I would suggest a combination of a sponge filter and a HOB with a shrimp safe intake, or a canister filter (Ehein 2232/4, Fluval 105, or a Rena XP1)

so i can have a hob filter y have many at my hose and a sponge filter and the substrate will have to be ADA but it will wait because i need to buy another co2 regulator because it broke and my other tanks withs plants are getting a little algae so when a buy the regulator the next thing will be the ADA substrate and the the cycling time of the substrate will be? and i am looking for a breeder that will sell me any black tigers or super tigers or any good looking tiger

I already bought the ADA amazonian2 soil for 35 buck jejeje when it arrive i will change the 20gal for 2 10 gal tank because i was told that if you yous an old tank that was being you has a hospital tank it is bad so it will be 10 gal tank for crs and another 10gal for tigers now i only need to see if you guy can sell me any good tigers you have jejejejjeje

i have the ada as2 ready all i need is to cycle the tank and get some one from the US to sell me some nice shrimp help anybody good tiger and black bees good price it can be lower class anyway c to a jejejeje
