Tiger blue shrimp and fertilized water

Hi all!
I'd like to know if in your experience can I fertilize in my tiger blue shrimp's tank
the tank measure 50x25x30cm
there's a eheim liberty 2040 filter
and a 11watt lamp as lighting

as fauna there is only a couple of tiger blue (a male and a female with eggs)
and two 1cm lenght sons

Depending on how much of what ferts you are dosing it may not be a problem but with only an 11watt light i don't know if you even need them.

I'd like to plant calli to create a lawn
and some roots with riccardia

I know especially hemianthus callitrichoides is difficult to maintain
while riccardia I don't konw if need any particular care
