Hey guys, just got a new camera and a macro lens, testing some shots on my shrimps :)
im still new to this so any comments or suggestions are welcomed

What settings are you using on the photo's...?

Are you adding additinal lighting..? Enjoyed the pics....Thx

Thanks! I really forgot what were the settings, i was testing with the shutter, aperture and iso. I did use 430ex ii flash for the last few pictures.

I have a canon 7D with a 100mm macro, however i can never get good shots. They are always out of focus, Even when i try manual focus it doesn't work out for me.

at the 1st picture at least 1st pair of mandibles are visible!
