Locations and Flags Suggestion

I noticed the flags under peoples names. I'm from the US so our education system fails doesn't teach us much about other countries and their flags.

Is it possible add the specific location and country underneath the flag? It would really help us identify the flags and where people are posting from.

If you place your mouse cursor over the flag you will be able to see the "Tooltip" country: xxxx and etc.
