One of my friend buy two chameleon shrimp and ask me if it could be friendly with his cherry, amano, bumblebee, red nose, vampire shrimp he already have in is shrimp tank?

Chameleon shrimp, as you pointed out, are a long-arm species... meaning that it is a more aggressive species than the list of other shrimp you listed. Beware! They shoud be kept in a tank of their own.
