hi! I bought 3 shrimps as indo blue bee, but after i search some images about them i realise they are quite diferent. They are doing fine in sulawesi tank so i supose they are real sulawesi shrimps. Anyone knows his species?

Doesn't look like a blue bee shrimp. Hard to tell from those pictures, but if I had to guess I'd say it's probably a blue pearl shrimp

hi. This was sold like indo blue bee (caridina aristocratensis(like aristocratama call it. Aristocratama was the suplier)).
To me, they are more related with caridina tumida, but they are not the same because tumida can't handle those water parameters.
Blue pearl they aren't because they have one stripe in the head and another in the midle body.
I'll try to take another picture with my cam.

Sorry, couldn't see anything like that in the picture.
And I thought you meant the Paracaridina species, commonly known as blue bee shrimp. I could only find a handful of pictures of the indo blue bee (caridina aristocratensis). I'd never heard of them before so I can't really tell if your shrimp is one or not, sorry again... :(

These look like Indo Blue Bee's (Caridina aristocratensis) as you said. I don't know much about the species so I can't say much, hopefully someone else can get a positive ID on this shrimp. Caridina tumida is possible but I've always seen tumida with more definitive stripes.

Hi Zane! it isn't caridina tumida because they can't handle the 27ºC or the ph 8.0, and they doing fine in this tank.
maybe is indo blue bee but I think they are very different form the picture on aristocratama site.

Oh okay I did not see that. And Aristocratama as well as most high end breeders exaggerate their shrimp by showing their best from the colonies.
