Usual Deep Blue color is about this (changed your set up, to show the difference). Yours are really different.

I Prefer a small substrate because I think it is easier to manage

royal bule is most probably from tiger shrimp.its a totally different species from black diamond shrimp.

The uropod has 4 white dot ends and the antena has black and ends with white

What I dont understand is it has white eyes?
Good grade has orange or golden eyes
Unless the picture taken doesnt represent the true color of the shrimp?

I dont think there is a stable pure blue tiger shrimp, blue with black stripe , yes

eye color is orange/yellow, the colour of the light was too white and did the defect on the eyes, now I have a royal blue/blue of prussia by the eggs, today I make photo and load
