When you all change 10 to 15% of water in your shrimp tank, you just add the tap water directly into the tank then put anti-cholrine or put the tap water in a pail then put anti-cholrine then pour into tank???
Thanks in advance.............. :D

Your 2nd method is the right one, but i usually put in the chlorine remover leave it over night with an air pump in it, and a heater to prepare the water.

Aging the water overnight with anti-chlorine is the right way.
For me, since only 10-20% water change and I have a rainpipe to circulate the water in the tank (actually being lazy :embarasse ), I do your first approach.

On the safe side, I add anti-chlorine, wait for overnight at least before using.

I add anti-Chrorine to the tank direct then add in the water straight away from the tap

I just add tap water to tank, and measure out some Seachem prime to "dose" it.
No problems

I fill a gallon water bottle with water, add the dechlor, and drip the water directly into the tank using a DIY dripper (a cheap <$1 garden water sprinkler valve that you can find at any hardware store in the garden section) that is attached to the bottom of the water bottle. The water slowly drips into the tank over the course of 2hrs. This way, no pH or temperature shock or other adverse effects.
BTW, I just top off the water due to normal evaporation and don't really do any water changes. YMMV.

I just add the water directly from a tap filter. no antichorine bcos the water filter removed them together with some metal (i think). The water also save to drink.

For my 10gallon tank, I add water and dechlorinator (Amquel) to a 5gal bucket then use a smaller bucket to add the water to the tank. On my larger tanks (75, 92) I add water straight from the tap and add Amquel to the tank at the same time, again 50% water changes. I cull out the weak shrimp this way lol j/k They're Cherry Shrimp, there is no culling, they can take it :)

hmm... have we ever considered that the water condition in different countries may be different???

To play safe, I usually add Seachem Prime and aerate overnight before using!

I usually keep a pail of water to age and also add genesis water conditioner (around 30 drops). Usually age for 3-5 days.

When I change water I usually change alot so I just dump alot of dechlor in there and fill it up but when I used to do it the slow way I put the water in the bucket then put some dechlor then mixed it up then I dumped it in the tank.^_^
