Strange plant

Hello everybody!
yesterday I found this little plant in my CRS tank.
I don't have any idea what is the specie and if it was a plant or a moss.
I think it came some seeds in my ADA Amazonia. It looks like a sort of algae.
Anyone knows this plant?

But it has roots? Do algae form roots?

I think algae don't have roots, but this plant does...
it looks like pelia but smaller.
