Hello,

Is it a normal behaviour that shrimps furl their tails under the belly from time to time and seem to be scratching or cleaning the back part of the body? Or is it like with the fish rubbing against objects - a sign of beginning disease?

yes, it is a normal behavior. It is not a sign of disease. The shrimps probably just clean their pleopods :) .

Definitely normal behavior. Sometimes this is an indication that they are preparing to shed their exoskeleton.
