Nice setup mate. I like the grassy feel. Must have spent quite a time planting them?

Anyway won't you be afraid that your shrimp might jump out/commit suicide given such high water? I experienced twice of shrimp committing suicide:D

I love it! Is that a co2/ph checker stuck on the front wall of the tank? What is the long grass plant on the left?

Hey peanut8787 - it didn't take too long to plant the hairgrass, I was quite lazy and mostly
Planted clumps and it has since filled out. I'm not too stressed over suicidal shrimp just yet, I havn't heard too many stories of adventurous cherries, but will reduce the water level if it becomes an issue.

Hey Dincho - yup that's 2 drop checkers side by side. And the plant on the left is Blyxa Japonica.

Ohh. I do love the aquascaping you did with the tank. I agree with peanut on the water level though. Seems to be a little too close for comfort. Might want to leave an inch or so just to minimize losses.

Nice tank and set-up, only thing i would recommend with rimless tanks is that if you put the water too high you will get jumpers and i know this because i have 3 tanks that are rimless and i have a handful of jumpers that i found on the floor...

Lucky it's a RCS tank and not a BKK tank or else every "jump" would cost hundreds :joking:

One hundred

Two hundred

3 hundred !!!

Just for laugh

What are the netted rocks in the front? Is it some kind of moss or fissiden?
