Fan shrimp!

Hi, I looking at this forum for a while but never participate but I decide to post a picture of one of my shrimp! I'm not sure of the species. And sorry for my poor english!

It seems to me that your shrimp is an Atya gabonensis.

I guess you call it "fan shrimp" because of its filter feeding with its "fan" arms. :D

Is this a vampire shrimp?

African Giant Filter Shrimp, Vampire Shrimp, African Fan Shrimp seem to be the same species, the Atya gabonensis.

Thanks NanoDave, I'm a sports photographer, I don't take aquarium picture often but I have good tool to do it! Maybe if I take more time I could improve it a lot!
