What Ecco Pro 130, 200, 300 on 20g long?

Hi which Ecco Pro do ya guys and gals reccommed 130, 200, 300 for a 20 gallon long planted shrimp tank? Please reply back thanks

im using ecopro 300 with hailea 150a chiller for 150lt tank.... its ok.. usefull.. low electrig and voice....
