Hi,
how sensitive to water parametres (NO2, NO3, Amonia...) are CRS in comparison to RCS and tigers? RCS does well, but Tigers are dying unknown why...

Could be the temperature or No3 levels is too high or other stuff. Tell us more about your tank setup and water parameters.

If you can keep tigers most probably you will be able to keep crs. We all need some luck when it comes to shrimp keeping, you can have perfect water parameters and at the same time with lots of shrimp dying like adding a new plant that has insecticide :x .
