Mosquito shrimp.

Friend bought it from Jakarta. Heard the price is not cheap and he gave me 3 of them. So far, they are healthy and kicking. Kinda hard to snap the picture due to poor skill and water condition.

I think they are sold about SGD$1+ here. That is a red-nosed mosquito shrimp. Glad they are doing great. :D

It should be Yellow Nose instead of Red Nose Shrimp. There are 2 species look like the same, with difference in nose color and tail color.

i think that not masquito shrimp.... but arrow shrimp, that shrimp more small than pinokio/rednose shrimp, habitat from sumatra and sulawesi but rednose shrimp habitat from central java. :D

Perhaps lfs named it differently. Mosquito shrimp or arrow shrimp just a common name. And yes. It is from the Indonesia.
