Hi follow keeper i got query are tiger shrimps more agressive than the other species? Cause i have been observing my tank. My tiger in the tank behave more agressive than the my other species of shrimp namely my bees and sakura. Even a small one will chase away my bigger sakura.
That why i m seeking answer here if so than i better start preparing my 2nd tank for imgration lol

Morning bro,
my mixed tank(snowball, cherry, green, tiger, rudolf,Mexican dwarf crayfish) I would say my most aggrssive would be:1)Mexican dwarf crayfish 2)snowball 3)tiger 4)cherry 5)rudolf 6)green. Most of the time they fight over food but I witness a few cherries ambush my molting snowball!
Personally I feel tigers r just greedy but not aggressive, judging from Wat I see in my tank

From my observation I can confirm that Tigers are 'rough' shrimps; they will steal f.e. food of more sissy shrimps like Red Bee. They will crossbreed with CR; that's why I would not keep them together.

you breed dwarf crayfish with your other shrimps? the last time i had it mixed, i have less berried shrimps... because its like always disturbing my shrimps.. stressing them out.. :S

I have only 1 crayfish with 50+ shrimps so it's mostly just food fight. I only saw once tat it tried to catch a baby shrimplet. Otherwise pretty peaceful. It's my cherries tat r the ones bullying the rest. Im tinking of adding another orange cray to even out

Spotted 2 dead tigers in my tank, 1 without the head. At first I tot was water problem but I spotted the culprit( check out my gallery). A damselfly nymph hiding under a nana leaf, chewing a tiger's head. Beware bro!

Beware of the dragonfly nymph, they have a massive appetite and can even kill small fish such as neon tetras. Girlfriends heavily planted 55g was wiped out of her 25 neons before she told me her fish were hiding on her. Tore the tank apart and there was a small colony of nymphs in the tank. They came through her open window.

Noted bro thanks i checking my tank everyday now since i can't move the shrimplet out it have no plant at the moment except some loose moss. I shake the moss every night when i got home from work. To see if there is anymore nymph moving to hide in the moss.
1 thing i m rather surprise those i caught i have dump them in tap water with a ph of 7.4 to 7.5 and left them in a plastic container as shown in the pix. It been like 4 to 5 days and they are still alive infact growing. I m amazed they can adapt even in tap water with chlorine and chlorimite.
