Hi all,
I was on ebay and happened across a listing for Orange Eyed tiger shrimps, not listed as blue or blonde just orange eyed.
I enquired to ask how they came to that cross and what would be the result of breeding with standard tigers and they informed me that the orange eyed were infact the blonde litter of the blue tigers. The seller [removed by mod] who sell lots of shrimps on ebay and so I would usually assume ethical selling style however to me something doesn't seem right about selling blues not as blues.
My question is, do these blondes still retain the blue gene so could some unsuspecting purchaser end up with blue hybrids later down the line, or would crossing with regular tiger just create litters of tigers with orange and/or black eyes?
