Veggie Wafers = safe?!?!?

Veggie Wafers 'for algae eaters"

Yea i just bought some today, they are from HBH company. The reason why im asking if it is safe or not is because i've read that iron may be lethal to shrimps and at the end of the ingredients are "zinc protienate, copper protienate, manganese protienate and iron protienate." Are these ingredients safe?

Has anyone used them before or had experences with them?

HBH? Never heard of that brand, probably due to our difference in location. I use Hikari algae wafers without any problems though. If you happen to have this there as well you might want to compare the ingredients.
