I can't post linked pictures - 15 posts rule ?

Hi,
I want to share some of my pictures hosted on servimg but when i try i get a error message who tells me that i've to write 15 posts before adding url links. I've now more than 15 posts but still get the same message.
What is the problem?

We have to do that to protect the forum from spam pictures.

If I remember right you can upload your files in the Gallery section (http://www.shrimpnow.com/mygallery/) and link to them using the BB Image Code displayed under the graphics.
