Hi all
What do we think. Following on from other threads I would like us to discuss this new colour I have been breeding in my shrimp. Its like Red Wine in colour but holds CRS pattern like Red Ruby.Maybe a new name is needed?
I will add more photo's when I am able.
They have mostly red leg's and nose/face, some more than other's.
Please offer your thoughts here :D

As I said, add more photo, show more pattern... it look like you got the mutation but need more shrimps to confirm, the white is somehow does not look like usual wine red/red ruby.
This is the 3rd time I see the same pic in 3 different thread, I really can feel the excitment you are havng.

Are these shrimps cross-breed between CRS and BDS? Need Aquamx to clarify. The colour looks a bit dark brownish red, not the extreme (red wine) colour that Red Wine /Ruby shrimp exhibit. Definitely the colour of the shrimp is not that vibrant red or brown/black that normal CRS/BDS do has. Anyway, these shrimps look special.

[[[[[Some come darker, like a purple. Maybe one in 5 is almost purple but the rest remain this wine colour yes.
Only trouble is I can not get enough yet to lose the white band pattern. I even have a Red Wine/Ruby colour with a Hino pattern? Like SS grade white with Wine red Hino marking ]]]]
This is what u wanted to post above . i am sure you can show us some other pictures. The same old picture cant prove anything. I was very excited to see your pictures of other offspring as stated above but i was kinda disappointed :(

Hi Justin
This is why I said I will add more when I can. When I have time to take the shots, but most are like this..
I put the same pics already because I was asked to start a new thread. Better than nothing for now to start conversation right?

Yes, sorry for the multi posting of same picture. It's not meant to offend people. Of course a strange colour is exciting, I am only hoping I am heading in the right direction maybe? I live in a country where we are not allowed to import these so I hope you understand :x
