Hi all. I am currently planning a 95 l sulawesi shrimp tank with ohko rocks (dragon stone). generally warm water medium hardness slightly alkaline. The Parameters range from:
PH 7.9-8.5, Gh 8-9 temp 28-30 C

Any one care to suggest and share plants that can deal happily with these conditions? What about moss?

Possibilities (please correct if wrong!) and please add!!!:)
: anubias nana
anubias barterii
hygrophilia polysperma/stricta
ceratopteris thalicatroides
sorum pteropus

What about ground covering plants and thin small grasses?
Thanks everyone

elodea canadensis (aka "anacharis") is an EXCELLENT hearty plant that will grow rapidly in these conditions. once established you will find that you will need to trim it every other week or so. my shrimp love the little multi-layer playground it creates. i've also had success with just about every type of moss in those conditions, java, christmas tree, peacock, etc. i think the only moss that didn't take in my hard water tank is the star moss however, i ordered that one on the internet and it arrived a little brown and shredded in a million tiny pieces. good luck and please share if you find any others that you're success with!

Did you ever end up setting this tank up? What did you decide on with plants? What species of Sulawesi are you keeping? I am doing research before I start a Sulawesi tank.:D
