Urbach, Use the search function in the health forum. There are a number of people who have had success with flubendazole.
I hope this helps.

flubendazole only kill hydra, don't kill nematodes.

Nematodes can be killed by flubendazole in high enough amounts when I used it. But there was some praziquentel in the mix so maybe it was that ^^

Alternatively
For your hydra problems you can try dosing a small amount of bioearth or any equivalent daily. Since sulawesis can take up to GH8, may not be a problem. But do take a note of your parameters! For my tank, the hydras started floating out the very next day that I dosed it and I sucked them out with a pipette. This was a fortunate coincidence. I hope this method works for you as well!

I have no idea why it worked to cause my hydras to float out crumpled up either. I believe they were removed because I sucked them out of the tank whilst they were still floating, cause if you try to feed them powder foods even with bioearth in the water, they still survive (I tried in case I didn't need to suck them out of the tank, but unfortunately need to)

Thus, I presume it causes the hydra to float out in search of food; due to hunger because the water is too clean? I dosed it for two days without food and my shrimp were fine and I removed a lot of them. It didn't work in the sense that the hydra returned in a week. I dosed it for five days whilst taking care to put the food in a corner in my tank that was bare. Its been a week since I saw any hydra. ^^

hmm okie bro tks for the info it might me a more natural way than using chemical at least it's to help enhance the water quality and at the same time might be a alternate source to rid hydra.

how about you add a fish or two to the tank? small fishes.
