Why can't i post in "Want/Where to Trade/Give/Buy"

Sorry I don't know if this is the right thread to post. I can make posting in General thread but when I want to reply on "Want/Where to Trade/Give/Buy" forum it says I did not have permission.

Anyone know what's wrong ?

it also looks like WHAT you can post is limited. I tried to put a link in a post and it wouldn't let me. Time for me to go looking around and see the numbers needed. Hmmm, did I see some forum rules around here somewhere? :)
