Thanks Jamebond for letting me to know the name of the plant. Glad to see more Vietnamese in this forum day by day. I'm in HCM and good to know you. Are you Jamebond in HLR?

Hi Khanh! I knew your name would be Vietnamese but wasn't sure. There are just 4 places selling CRS in Saigon mostly came from Thailand and China but now a lot of people in VN could breed high grades, you have to ask someone who know the address to buy CRS from. Good to know you Khanh.

Khanh: you can ask Dzung to share to you :-) otherwise, you can check at Cao Quy - Tran Hung Dao, Son Ha - Nguyen Thong, or Thuy Moc - Tran Hung Dao or APT-Lanh Binh Thang. CRS from Son Ha come from local source, so, quality is much better ... they also have SS, SSS and golden.
Dung: HLR ? i don't use this nick on other forum. am in hcm, and a kind of CRS crazy guys.
don't want to bother this forum with our story, you can find me in skype, id: jamestran79

Jamesbond: What district are you in and what's your name? If you don't know HLR it's ok, there's time and chance we can get to know each other in this hobby, you may share your CRS photos in here or your own topic. Friendly.
Khanh: if you ever come back to visit Vietnam again I can take you to those 4 stores (shop), I don't sell CRS though.

Hi Kataro! If you want to know specific addresses of those 4 stores I will pm you soon, as Jamesbond said you can buy many things to set up a tank for CRS but I wonder how would you bring CRS to America since the airport doesn't let you carry any liquid, I'm not sure though.
A lot of members in Shrimpnow are from USA and they have lots of CRS, why don't you ask them to share instead of taking risk by carrying such a long way.
Do you have any Vietnamese friends here or just traveling? Anyway, have a good trip in Vietnam this summer.

Dung,Im traveling to visit my dad for the summer so. Not looking for shrimps, mainly interested in some foreign fish stuff that the U.S dont have, I know there's some shrimp food there beside Mosura and Shirakura so interested in grabbing some. Friend of mine in AZ sells shrimp so I just pick most up and save shipping :cheesy:

Ok, if so I will tell you in pm more specific of what each store has and where to get what you want. Of course there are many different brands of food but I prefer Japanese, Germany or DIY food for my CRS only as they can consume better.
@Keven: the name of the plant is Ranunculus Inundatus from Australia, many people in my country own it so I think Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, China... have lots more.

Hi Kataro! It's not a post limit but because of you have chosen not to receive any private messages so I post the addresses of the stores in this thread. They have almost same products but the prices are little different so compare when buying, ok.
Address 1: 808 Tran Hung Dao - District 5 (this place they have almost everything for feshwater and saltwater but mostly from China and Taiwan...)
Address 2: 489 Huynh Van Banh, Ward 13 - District Phu Nhuan (this place they sell freshwater and reptile stuff)
Address 3: 44/008 Nguyen Thong, Ward 7 - District 3 (the price in this store is reasonable, they sell freshwater stuff and CRS)
Address 4: House number 9, Street number 4, Apartment Binh Thoi, District 11 (if you don't know how to get there then write down in Vietnamese: Nhà số 9, đường số 4, cư xá Bình Thới - Q.11, TPHCM (this place they sell feshwater plants and CRS, they have many tanks in the store so must come to look and see for yourself).

Hi Quanou! There are Sulawesi shrimps in the stores but not many people could breed them, now it's getting more popular day by day so I think not long later there will be lots of them.
You still have family in SG right? Ofcourse we can meet if we want to :).

Thanks Mossball. In Vietnam we have many different freshwater plants but mostly from country side, deep in forest and near by waterfall, if you want to get them you have to know the exactly place and pay lots of work, I prefer go to the store and grab what I like.

Oops! I didn't check my topic for awhile, just check the website high-light so did miss your comment, sorry. I can't pm you either, APT is cool huh.
It's hard to find Shirakura/Mosura product but you may find other brands of Japanese, try other stores if they get in stock cause they usually import once a month and out of stock right after. Have a good visiting in VN. How long are you staying in VN though?

Nothing special, just JBL and Japanese food for adult and baby, spinach once a week and some leaves for snack, adding a bit canxi powder to help molting once a month. What district are you staying?

Hi Kataro! How was the trip to Phu Quoc, enjoy the cheap fresh seafood?
I bought the Loose at the second address, they seem to like it pretty much, also check the third address as Jamesbond recommend. Enjoy the left 3 weeks Kataro.

Hi Chu-Cuoi! Nice to meet you too. Your shrimps are so many hahahh. I like CRS most so will stick with it rather than Sula shrimp, Sula shrimp is kind of hard to me though. Have fun.
@Kataro: maybe they are sold out or didn't showed out, ask if they are in stock. Write down in Vietnamese and show them, CRS food: Thức ăn cho Tép Ong (Thuc an cho Tep Ong). There is Speaking English Club in central Ho Chi Minh city opened on Sunday, go talk to them in English and learn some Vietnamese from them :) (google it for more info). Have fun Kataro.
