It has come to my attention that hydra are NOT fond of salt. Does anyone have a dosing suggestion to eradicate hydra in a tank? Suggestions would be very welcomed. I could remove the inhabitants, dose, and then return the inhabitants hydra free. I have also heard that carbonated water will also kill pest (like hydra) on aquatic plants. I was told that a 20 second dip in carbonated water will do the trick? Can anyone else confirm?

Best Regards,

Stuart

I noticed at lower pH of a tank hydra failed to survive, so carbonated water which is much lower pH should kill them.
