Here are some photos of a couple of my Sulawesi Snails. They are really beautiful and I love them. They move around and eat algae on the glass.
One thing I noticed is that one of them laid an egg sac or something. I have no clue what this egg sac is and have never seen this before. Maybe babies will pop out of it or something. Who knows. I will definitely keep an eye on it. The shrimps pick at it but quickly move on, so maybe it does not taste good or has a protective coating.
Photos below of the snails and the egg sac

The egg or whatever the snail laid looks like it could swallow one of those shrimps! It's HUGE in comparison!

You can actually see the snails foot print inside the egg sac thing

What water parameters do you keep them in?I have 4 of them they dont move alot,i can see them in one place for two days, then they chnge the place and sleep again for a day or two.Is something wrong or is this the normal behavior?

thats pretty interesting!
Very beautiful snails too :) do these guys breed rapidly? Id consider them if they didnt, and didnt grow too large.
I have a billion ramshorns that i have to constantly battle and id like to get rid of them as best i can :)

Please try to use proper grammar and not Internet speak on this forum. there are users from many countries, and not all can make out what b4 and n, stand for.
I dont see why your snails couldnt have reproduced, if you had them in your tank setups. You just may have not seen the egg sacs before you found the dead snail

hi!
I have 5 Sulawesi snails in 10G tank and i have a problem because they eat or pull out all my Pogostemon helferi.Do your snails do that?I realy dont what food to give them,i`ve tryed giving them spirulina tablets every two days but i dont know how often should i feed them.Is that enough?the tablets are only 30%spirulina mixed with some other food.

some of the species are large. I suggest not putting the large species, especially 5 of them, in a small tank. There are smaller species of the sulawesis too.
Anyhow.... Here is another new species I am recieving:
"Joker Sulawesi Snail"

Do the Sulawesi snails require different water parameters than Pomacea Bridgesii or Malaysian Trumpet Snails? I currently keep MTS, Brigs, Ramshorns, and Red Cherry Shrimp in a 30 gallon, but was interested in the Rabbits from Sulawesi...
