Shrimplets? What do they eat?

hi guys,

I have a pair of Cherry Shrimps that had amazingly survive and have had eggs.

I was reading what the moderator had written on shrimp breeding.

Just wondering, do I then need to put any food to feed the shrimplets? what do the baby shrimps eat beside the moss....

currently I am feeding the shrimps, Hikari Algae Wafer.

Hi Newcastle,

You dont have to worry that the shrimplets has nothing to eat. They will somehow live off the moss and the debris in your tank When it gets to a certain size it will start eating the waffer.

Jst feed your shrimps the normal food and normal schedule. No special care needed. :)
