There isnīt a single good food, I think the best is they are feeding with differents food as veggies and other stuff. Mosura is a good main food.

Boil them til they are slightly soft. Shrimps like it soft so that they can pinch it out easily for feeding.

It is written on the bottle, it contain mainly plants materials. Better don't feed bloodworms, it spoil water easily.

I was told by a fellow shrimp keeper not to feed too many meaty foods such as algae waffers as this will shorten their lifespans significantly. I personally tend to give them a staple of veggies and dry leaves.
