what's the best and easy way to cool down the temperature in the tank?

Cheapest Way to cool a single tank is to use a fan, but can bring down 1 to 2 degree only.

To cool down a tank feectively, use a chiller.

To cool down a rooms with many tanks economically, use a air condition unit.

Others has tried ice-pack and such, not sure if it work well.

Right! If u have one tank, better use chiller. If u have more tank, use air cond is the safe way!
