You are not stupid :D . I think there a few problems in the forum. Last week, I couldn't insert any hyperlinks and now I can. But now I have another problem :( , I can't upload any pics in my personal gallery and I can't see other member's pics in full screen.

You can post hyperlink once you become regular and you had for Pconnieae. We have encountered and being informed that a number of newly signups spamming the forum and forumers PM, so we are taking measures to prevent this from happening. Hope the measures can put this forum a maintainance free for the moderators and admin, so we can spent more time in discussion and our hobbies. There is no restriction on using image tag.

There was a setting error in the new gallery program, I have fixed it, you are able to upload and manage pictures in it now.
