a strange red cherry

A guy have a problem with a red cherry schrimp.
But I have no idea to help him.

It is molting. Or it has a molting-problem (if looks like this for more than a few hours). The shrimp has to help itself. Yor friend should only pray for best.

I'm not sure, what this problems do, maybe bad watter parameters, maybe bad condition of shrimps. Molting problems are one of main death reasons of shrimps.
