    Default can anyone identyfi this tylomelania species

    hey i want to know the specifik name of this tylomelania species

    I would need a better pic of the actual snail mantle to identify properly...not that I am an expert...The shell coloration is a common morph. I have them in my colony as well.

    From what I can see, I have the exact same species in one of my tanks. When I purchased them they were labled "yellow rabbit snail". That is what I believe they are.

    Thanks alot Then what i Think is yellow must be orange rabbit snail ill post some new pictures

    You're welcome.
    No the yellow rabbit is not called the orange rabbit. I have yellow rabbit, orange rabbit and Poso orange rabbit snails...orange has a different color orange.

    I agree with Summit, it's sold under the name Tylomelania sp "Yellow". "Orange" is not that color. (I have got both , with 7 other species, and they are really different).
