    Default Planaria problem, please help!

I have some planaria in my shrimp tank ATM, is there anyways to get rid of them without using "no planaria" ?

    Any tip.

    Thank you

A catch pen or a trap is a good start:

There are a few other remedies you could try.

    1. DIY planaria trap such as this one, which is basically a plastic water bottle cut in half with the top inverted into the bottom and then loaded with bait. It's not as fancy as the Catch Pen that Imke has linked, but it's much less costly (practically free). When using the worm traps, cut down on the feeding. That way you maximize the planaria going into the trap to feed rather than feeding off excess foods in your tank. You will probably have to continue using the trap method for some time, as there are always stragglers (babies mostly) that stay behind.

    2. Get some fishes that are known to eat planaria. Some examples are Pseudomogil gertrudae (Gertrude's rainbowfish) and guppies.

    3. Try some dog dewormer, which contain the chemical fenbendazole. It's sold in the USA under the brands Panacur-C or Safeguard (may be sold under a different brand in your country). The dosing is roughly 1gram per 10 gallons of water. It is generally safe for plants and shrimp. Be careful not to overdose as this may lead to problems later. Imke wrote a nice article that may be of some use regarding fenbendazole.
