    Thank you

My tank parameters are as follows

pH: 6.0 - 6.2 (depending on the time of day)
    GH: 6
    TDS: 195
    Temperature: Between 24 - 25 deg C
    Substrate: ADA New Amazonia

As for selection, I have multiple external breeding boxes on the side of the tank. When I see the males dance, I net out all the viable females that I can see (As you usually won't know which female is ready) and put them in the breeding box, along with the male that I want to selective breed them with. I usually see a berried female or two within 24 hours. All the berried females are kept permanently in another external breeding box until they release their brood. This way, I can control which shrimplets I release into the main tank. I keep only flowerheads, and the rest I cull.. usually sell really cheap to friends..
