    In the bath I also have three yellow TYLO not seem to show any kind of discomfort.

    Ok so you can try the salt bath (no more than 10 minutes), if there are leeches in the shell, they should get out and die.

    I did the treatment in water and salt!
    Only one of Tylo had two leeches!

    It's better getting rid of the leeches before they have the time to reproduce.
