    You can use 10W LED with 10K led bulbs.It is appropriate to use by shrimp in tank and very advisable to do this. I guess it will work great for this.

    can i ask how you glued the led to the aluminium bar? i have 10 x 1w led waiting for being used, but i don't know what to use to glue it and also uses as thermal paste.

    good to hear success with LED's. My new tank came with a similar style "clamp on"!

    LED is really a nice thing they put in the tanks, but makes it safe for the shrimps. I just want to make sure before buying this LED tank.
